Updated : revised to clarify configuration-specific planning and artwork requirements.
Keep your existing display when the frame, lighting and layout still meet your needs. Consider replacement graphics when only the message has changed. A new display or additional compatible components makes more sense when the booth footprint, equipment or visitor flow has changed.
Refresh the graphics when the hardware still works
A rebrand, product launch or new audience does not automatically require another frame. First check the condition of the hardware and identify the correct graphic templates. Replacement graphics must match the exact frame and panel sizes.
Expand when the next layout needs more components
Compare the panels you already own with the layout you want. Modularity does not mean every existing kit converts into every larger configuration. Confirm panel sizes, compatible connectors, support components, lighting and packing needs before buying add-ons.
Replace when the existing system no longer suits the job
- The display cannot fit the new booth or its height rules.
- The hardware is damaged or the lighting cannot be restored with supported parts.
- Your demo needs a monitor or accessory the existing system does not support.
- The layout creates a bottleneck or leaves too little space for staff and visitors.
Use the event deadline to plan the work
Inspect the display before committing to graphics-only replacement. Allow time for artwork, proof revisions, approval, delivery and a complete test setup. Standard custom display orders deliver in 5–7 business days after final artwork approval; confirm the timing for the specific product and destination when planning around a firm deadline.
Start with the replacement graphics guide, compare parts and accessories, or review the delivery planning guide.
