How much does it Cost?

Our FREE‑shipping offer covers all standard ground shipments via FedEx or UPS at no additional cost. Please note that oversized or unusually heavy orders requiring freight, lift‑gate service, or other special handling fall outside the standard ground‑shipping program and may incur extra fees. If your order qualifies for custom shipping—or if you have any questions about packaging requirements or delivery options—please contact one of our shipping specialists for a tailored quote and assistance.

How Soon Will My Product Ship?

Each trade show display or accessory may have a different turnaround time, and the turnaround times are clearly displayed on the product pages. Most of our exhibits can ship within 5-6 days after artwork approval.  

How many deliveries should I expect?

Some of our display products are split ship.  In that case the hardware is often shipped from one location and the graphic is shipped from another location.  For split shipments you will receive a minimum of two packages/deliveries.  

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time we only ship within the United States

Shipping F.O.B?

Unless otherwise stated, all orders placed with LitBlocks will ship Free On Board (F.O.B.) from either our shipping dock or one of our supplier's shipping docks. Litblocks is not responsible for delays or damage caused by a third-party shipping carrier.

Once a shipment is in the possession of a third-party shipper and the appropriate tracking information has been provided to the client, it is then the responsibility of the client to monitor that shipment and delivery. LitBlocks does not monitor all shipments once they have left our shipping dock or our supplier's shipping docks.

Where Do Packages Ship From?

We work with exhibit manufacturers and graphics houses across the country, and your exhibit will ship from the location at which it is produced.  This includes multiple locations within the United States as well as a location in China.

Will You Ship on My UPS/FedEx Account?

At this time we don't offer the ability to ship on your own carrier account, however we get highly competitive shipping rates which often cost less than the average carrier account.
